竹类植物种质资源鉴定技术研究进展

Research Progress on Identification of Bamboo Germplasm Resources

由于自身形态特征的复杂性,竹类植物种质资源鉴定方面存在较多困难,主要表现在分类的混乱上。随着新技术的引入,竹类植物种质资源鉴定方法越来越多。笔者参阅了近年来有关竹类植物种质资源鉴定研究的文献,整理了经典分类学和现代技术两大类方法在竹类种质资源鉴定方面的应用,分析了各类方法的优点以及存在的不足,并对未来的竹类资源鉴定技术的发展方向进行了展望。

Due to the characteristics of bamboo plants,many difficulties are found in the identification of bamboo germplasm resources,especially the confusion over classification.Nowadays,new technologies are applied in bamboo research,and more germplasm identification methods become available.In order to provide some perspectives for bamboo identification research in the future,this paper combed through dozens of studies on bamboo germplasm identification in recent years,and compiled the research progress in both conventional classification and modern identification technologies.The pros and cons of various methods were assessed and summarized,and the future research direction was proposed.
