孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis in Children

目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年12月—2020年12月120例儿童过敏性鼻炎者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为参照组与研究组,每组60例。参照组应用布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,研究组联合孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较分析两组疗效。结果 研究组总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.988,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、流涕症状积分(0.45±0.23)分、(0.32±0.17)分、(0.54±0.32)分、(0.41±0.18)分,与参照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=13.270、15.768、8.649、12.532,P<0.05);研究组患儿不良反应发生率(8.33%)与参照组(11.67%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.370,P>0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分(92.56±5.67)分高于参照组(84.34±5.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.254,P<0.05)。结论 儿童过敏性鼻炎患儿实施孟鲁司特钠同步布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,消除临床症状,提高治疗有效率,且不良反应少,促使患儿生活质量有效改善,具有显著应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of aller-gic rhinitis in children. Methods A total of 120 children with allergic rhinitis from December 2019 to December 2020 were se-lected as the research objects, and divided into a reference group and a study group by random number table method, with 60cases in each group. The reference group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy, the study group was treated with montelukast sodium therapy, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate(96.67%) in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.67%), and the difference was statis-tically significant(χ^(2)=6.988, P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom scores of nasal congestion, nasal itching, sneezing and runny nose in the study were(0.45±0.23) points,(0.32±0.17) points,(0.54±0.32) points, and(0.41±0.18) points, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=13.270, 15.768, 8.649, 12.532, P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(8.33%) was compared with that in the reference group(11.67%), the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.370, P>0.05);the quality of life score in the study group after treatment(92.56±5.67)points was higher than that of the reference group(84.34±5.23) points, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.254, P<0.05). Conclusion In children with allergic rhinitis, montelukast sodium combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy can eliminate clinical symptoms, improve the treatment efficiency, and have few adverse reactions, which can effectively improve the quality of life of children. It has significant application value.
