系统治水释活力 乡村振兴焕新貌——以浦江县茜溪流域系统治理为例

Pressing ahead rural vitalization through systematic water governance——taking the systematic governance of the Qianxi River Basin of Pujiang County as an example

近年来,浙江省浦江县坚持“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,积极践行习近平总书记“节水优先、空间均衡、系统治理、两手发力”治水思路,系统推进茜溪流域水治理,统筹岸上岸下,倒逼流域沿岸经济和产业结构调整、升级换代,既保护了河湖生态环境,又促进了经济社会高质量发展。茜溪流域流经的虞宅乡以系统治水为抓手,按照乡村振兴的总体要求,坚持全域综合治理,把系统治水深度融入经济社会发展各环节,综合施策,逐步走上了乡村振兴的康庄大道。

In recent years, Pujiang County of Zhejiang Province adheres to the concept of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”, and has actively practiced the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s water governance concept of “prioritizing water conservation, balancing spatial distribution, taking systematic approaches, and giving full play to the roles of both government and market”. Under this guidance, Pujiang County promoted the systematic governance of Qianxi River Basin, coordinated the management of water related affairs in an integrated manner, and promoted the adjustment and upgrading of the economic and industrial structure along the river basin. These efforts not only protected the ecological environment of rivers and lakes, but also enhanced the high-quality development of economy and society. Yuzhai Town along the Qianxi River Basin takes the systematic water governance as a starting point, pressed ahead comprehensive governance of the whole region according to the overall requirements of rural revitalization, by integrating systematic water governance into economic and social development, thus injecting new impetus into rural revitalization.
