浙江省衢江区农业水价综合改革的措施与成效

Measures and progress of comprehensive agricultural water price reform in Qujiang District of Zhejiang Province

浙江省衢州市衢江区通过农业水价综合改革,2018—2019年,节省农业灌溉用水1 934万m^(3),节省灌溉用电43.41万kW·h,减排总磷0.07 t、总氮43 t、COD1 681 t,取得了较好的成效。文章总结了衢江区农业水价综合改革所采取的措施以及取得的成效,在此基础上探究了农业水价综合改革存在的不足,以为其他地区开展农业水价综合改革提供借鉴经验。

Through the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price, Qujiang District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province has saved 19.34 million m;of agricultural irrigation water, 434 100 kW·h of irrigation power, 0.07 t of total phosphorus, 43 t of total nitrogen and 1 681 t of COD from 2018 to 2019. This paper summarizes the measures and progress in the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price in Qujiang District, and probes into its existing shortcomings, so as to provide reference for other areas to carry out comprehensive reform of agricultural water price.
