“党支部+”服务乡村振兴的实践与机制研究--以广西靖西市思侯村为例

Research on the Practice and Mechanism of“CPC Branch+”Service for Rural Revitalization--A Case Study of Sihou Village,Jingxi City,Guangxi

“党支部+”是农村发展中一种新的组织形态,是一种十分有益的推进乡村振兴的实践模式。文章通过实地考查广西靖西市思侯村在乡村振兴中的实践,发现思侯村通过党建引领,引入技术、资金、人才,建设了“党支部+产业”“党支部+合作社”“党支部+农户”等模式,激发了乡村振兴的内生动力并促使其取得了积极成效。通过研究思侯村“党支部+”党建模式服务乡村振兴的实践做法和实践机制,有助于更好地推进乡村振兴。

“CPC branch+”is a new organizational form in rural development,and a very useful practice model for rural revitalization.Through a field survey of Sihou Village,Jingxi City of Guangxi’s practice in rural revitalization,it is found that Sihou Village,guided by party construction,introduced technology,fund,and talent,and built“CPC branch+industry”,“CPC branch+cooperative”and“CPC branch+peasant household”and other models,which have stimulated endogenous motivation of rural revitalization and achieved positive results.By studying the practical methods and mechanisms of the“CPC Branch+”party construction mode in Sihou Village,it is helpful to promote rural revitalization.
