珍贵用材树种红椿扦插繁殖技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究提高红椿扦插生根率,为红椿扦插育苗提供参考依据。【方法】以红椿1年生苗木质化顶梢和7年生树1年生枝条为扦插材料,插穗共设4种规格,分别为径粗0.2~0.4 cm的1年生苗顶梢,径粗0.5~0.8 cm的7年生树1年生枝穗条,径粗0.9~1.1 cm的7年生树1年生枝穗条,径粗1.2~1.5 cm的7年生树1年生枝穗条。采用不同浓度的ABT6、IBA和NAA促根剂对插穗进行处理,观察红椿不同穗条的生根情况。【结果】1年生苗顶梢穗条生根率和成活率最高,生根时间最短,18天开始生根,生根率均达90%以上,最高达98.4%。【结论】影响红椿扦插生根的主要因素是穗条,不同的促根剂和浓度是次要因素。红椿最佳扦插穗条是1~2年生母树枝穗条,且径粗在0.2~0.6 cm为宜。粗度超过0.8 cm的穗条,扦插苗各项质量指标明显下降。 【Objective】To improve the rooting rate of cuttage of Toona Ciliata Roem.,and to provide reference for cuttage breeding of toona sinensis.【Method】The lignified top of 1-year-old seedlings of toona sinensis and 1-year-old branches of 7-year-old trees were used as cutting materials.A total of four specifications were set for cuttings,which were 0.2~0.4 cm diameter of 1-year-old seedling top,0.5~0.8 cm diameter of 1-year-old branches of 7-year-old trees,0.9~1.1 cm diameter of 1-year-old branches of 7-year-old trees,1.2~1.5 cm diameter of 1-year-old branches of 7-year-old trees.The cuttings were treated with different concentrations of root promoters ABT6,IBA and NAA,observe the rooting condition of different cuttings.【Result】The rooting rate and survival rate of 1-year-old seedlings were the highest and the rooting time was the shortest.It began to take root in 18 days.The rooting rate was more than 90%,up to 98.4%.【Conclusion】The main factor affecting the rooting of toona sinensis cutting is the cuttings,and different root promoters and concentrations are the secondary factors.The best cuttings of toona sinensis are 1~2 branches of mother tree,and the suitable diameter is 0.2~0.6 cm.The quality indexes of cuttings with a diameter of more than 0.8 cm decreased significantly.
