摘要 在当前实施乡村振兴战略背景下,涉农高校承担着培养大批“一懂两爱”农业人才的使命,而如何结合乡村振兴背景进行模块化教学改革对人才培养、助力乡村振兴有重要意义。文章梳理了乡村振兴背景下涉农高校专兼职教师分工协作进行模块化教学改革的现状及存在的问题,从搭建专兼职教师互动平台、健全模块化教学实施条件、建立模块化教学评价体系三个方面提出乡村振兴战略下涉农高校专兼职教师分工协作进行模块化教学的改革路径。 Under the background of the current implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,agricultural colleges and universities undertake the mission of cultivating a large number of agricultural talents with“understanding agriculture,love rural and farmer”.How to carry out modular teaching reform combined with the background of rural revitalization is of great significance to personnel training and rural revitalization.This paper summarized the current situation and existing problems of modular teaching reform of full-time and part-time teachers in agricultural colleges and universities under the background of rural revitalization,and put forward the reform path and divisiou of the work of modular teaching of full-time and part-time teachers in agricultural colleges and universities under the background of rural revitalization strategy from three aspects:building an interactive platform for full-time and part-time teachers,improving the implementation conditions of modular teaching and establishing modular teaching evaluation system.
