φ150 mm铸坯的不良形状及其控制

摘要 某钢厂采用五机五流连铸机生产的φ150 mm铸坯外形不良,即不圆度严重超标,以致拉速被限制在仅为1.8~2.1 m/min的低水平。试验发现,φ150 mm铸坯形状不良的主要原因是冷却不均匀导致的热变形。通过连铸冷却工艺、二冷设备以及拉矫机压力系统的优化,彻底解决了φ150 mm铸坯形状不良的问题,拉速提高到了2.5 m/min。 In a steel plant,150-mm-diam billet produced in a five-machine 5-strand continuous caster exhibited undesirable shape,that is,severely overproofed out-of-roundness,with the result that the casting speed was limited to a low level as little as 1.8 to 2.1 m/min.From the test it was seen that main cause of the poor shape of 150-mm-diam billet proved to be thermal deformation caused by nonuniform cooling.The problem of 150-mm-diam billet having undesirable shape has been thoroughly solved by optimization of the cooling process during continuous casting,the secondary cooling equipment and the pressure system of tension leveller,with the casting speed being increased to about 2.5 m/min.
