不同环境条件对甘蓝型油菜多室角果率的影响

摘要 为探究油菜多室性状稳定表达的条件,本研究以甘蓝型二室油菜“青油14”和甘蓝型多室油菜“1332”及二者构建的近等基因系为材料,在元谋和西宁分别进行了两季的种植试验,分析不同环境条件对甘蓝型油菜多室角果率的影响。结果表明:甘蓝型多室油菜“1332”及多室近等基因系的多室角果率在元谋和西宁试验地差异极显著,西宁试验地甘蓝型油菜多室角果率极显著高于元谋试验地;在甘蓝型油菜的整个生育期,元谋和西宁试验地的日照时数较平均温度变化显著,日照时数是影响甘蓝型油菜多室角果率的主要因素。本研究结果对多室材料育种具有参考意义。 Two types of Brassica napus L.“Qingyou 14”and“1332”as well as their Near Isogenic Lines are taken as materials in order to explore the conditions for stable expression of multilocular traits in Brassica napus L..The planting experiments of two seasons are carried out in Yuanmou and Xining so as to analyze the effects of different environmental conditions on the multilocular silique rate of Brassica napus L..The results show that the multilocular silique rate of Brassica napus L.“1332”and multilocular Near Isogenic Lines are significantly different between Yuanmou and Xining.The multilocular silique rate of Brassica napus L.in Xining is significantly higher than that in Yuanmou;sunshine hours in the two experimental fields changes significantly compared with that of average temperature in the whole growth period of Brassica napus L.,indicating that sunshine hours are the main factor affecting its multilocular silique rate.The results can provide reference for multilocular material breeding.
