低沸点试剂回流控温制备己二酸的研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别采用乙醚、水和石油醚为辅助试剂对己二酸制备的反应体系进行控温,研究不同辅助试剂在不同加热时间下对己二酸产量的影响。结果表明:控温效果较好的试剂是乙醚和石油醚。以水和石油醚为辅助试剂时,己二酸的产率较高,达到30%以上;以乙醚为辅助试剂时,己二酸的产率均不到20%。水和乙醚作为辅助试剂,加热90 min时己二酸产量最高;石油醚为辅助试剂时,加热120 min时己二酸产量最高。 Ether,water and petroleum ether are used as auxiliary reagents to control the temperature of the reaction system for the preparation of adipic acid,and the effects of different auxiliary reagents on the yield of adipic acid under different heating time are studied.The results show that the reagents with better temperature control effect are ether and petroleum ether.When water and petroleum ether are used as auxiliary reagents,the yield of adipic acid is higher,more than 30%.When ether is used as auxiliary reagent,the yield of adipic acid is less than 20%.When water and ether are used as auxiliary reagents,the yield of adipic acid is the highest when heated for 90 minutes,and when petroleum ether is used as auxiliary reagent,the yield of adipic acid is the highest when heated for 120 minutes.
