油气输送管道环焊缝失效原因分析及预防 被引量:12

摘要 针对油气输送管道环焊缝失效问题,基于油气管道失效分析控制技术,对近六年来油气输送用管道环焊缝失效项目及失效原因进行了统计分析。分析结果表明,导致环焊缝失效的主要因素包括现场施工不当、服役环境和不可预见因素三类。按照环焊缝失效类型,从焊接管理控制、现场操作控制及缺陷预防、环境因素的影响等方面,提出了预防油气输送管道环焊缝失效的具体建议。 In order to study the girth weld failure of oil and gas transmission pipeline,based on the failure analysis and control technology of oil and gas pipeline,the failure items and causes of girth weld of oil and gas transmission pipeline in recent six years are statistically analyzed.The analysis results show that the main factors leading to the failure of girth weld include improper operation at the construction site,service environment and unpredictability factors.According to the types of girth weld failure,suggestions for preventing girth weld failure of oil and gas transmission pipeline are put forward from the aspects of welding management control,on-site operation control and defect prevention,and the influence of environmental factors.
