摘要
基于应用型本科高校定位与人才培养目标,对标FD-QM标准,对混合式教学课程的学习目标、学业考评和课程活动进行设计。针对旅游人才职业特点,将BOPPPS教学模式与对分课堂融入混合式教学,提出一种适合应用型人才培养的混合教学设计模型BPM,对课程和课堂进行创新架构设计,改变教与学的结构、时间分配和实现途径,最终形成“目标、教学、测评一致性”的考核评价生态,以期为混合式教学的研究者和实践者提供理论依据和方法抓手,提高混合教学质量。
Based on the positioning of application-oriented universities and the talents training objectives,the learning objectives,academic evaluation and course activities of blended teaching courses are designed under the framework of FDQM rubrics.According to the professional characteristics of tourism talents,the BOPPPS teaching mode and the PAD class are integrated into the blended teaching,and proposed a blended teaching design model BPM suitable for the training of applied talents.With the new model,structure,approach and time organization of teaching and learning are changed,and an assessment status of“consistency of goals,teaching,and evaluation”is formed in order to provide theoretical basis and method for researchers and practitioners of blended teaching,aiming to improve the quality of blended teaching.
