With the arrival of the era of smart campus,the traditional education mode is gradually transformed into a hybrid model combining online and offline.In order to better manage and guide students,college counselors must actively explore new ways of working.In combination with the general trend of smart campus,college counselors must use the Internet to timely grasp the dynamics of students and timely guide the development direction of students,which is a new idea to carry out student work in the era of smart campus.Therefore,this paper mainly analyzes the function innovation of counselors under the era of smart campus,hoping to bring enlightenment to relevant personnel.
