Research on the Improvement of Scientific Research Ability of Full-time Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Talent Inventory

专任教师队伍人才盘点是推进高职院校专任教师科研能力建设的内在引擎。根据专任教师队伍人才盘点结果,从制定科研能力培育提升规划、建立科研能力分类评价体系、构建“以师带徒”培养模式、搭建科研能力训练平台、完善人才培养激励机制等方面对如何有效提升专任教师科研能力进行有益探索,以实现高职院校专任教师队伍整体科研能力可持续发展。

The talent inventory of full-time teachers is the internal engine to promote the construction of scientific research ability of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.According to the talent inventory results of full-time teachers,this paper makes a beneficial exploration on how to effectively improve the scientific research ability of full-time teachers from the aspects of formulating the training and improvement plan of scientific research ability,establishing the classified evaluation system of scientific research ability,constructing the training mode of“taking teachers as apprentices”,building the training platform of scientific research ability,and improving the incentive mechanism of talent training,in order to realize the sustainable development of the overall scientific research ability of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.
