立德树人背景下资助育人体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Funded Education System under the Background of Establishing Morality and Cultivating People

立德树人是教育的根本任务,是评价学校的重要标准。资助工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,这就要求高校在做好资助的同时,要将立德树人融入其中,由“为了资助而资助”向“为了育人而资助”转变。本文阐述了资助育人的含义及意义,分析了当前高职院校资助育人工作中所存在的问题,并提出了高职院校如何加强资助育人工作。

Building morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of education and an important standard for evaluating schools. Financial aid is an important part of college students’ work, which requires colleges and universities to integrate morality and talents while doing a good job of financial aid, and change from “financial aid for financial aid” to “financial aid for education”. This paper expounds the meaning and significance of subsidizing education, analyzes the problems existing in subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward how to strengthen subsidizing education in higher vocational colleges.
