摘要
随着基础教育的不断发展,我国越来越重视对人才综合素质的培养。三全育人不仅能促进学生积极健康成长,也能帮助人才树立正确的人生观、价值观和道德观。通过论述高校三全育人理念内涵,分析高校开展三全育人理念的意义,归纳出高校三全育人实践路径,为学校更好地实现全员、全过程、全方位育人提供参考。
With the continuous development of basic education,our country pays more and more attention to the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of talents.The three-comprehensive education not only promotes the active and healthy growth of students,but also helps talents establish a correct outlook on life,values and morals.By discussing the connotation of the concept of“three-comprehensive education”in higher vocational colleges,analyzing the significance of the concept of“three-comprehensive education”in higher vocational colleges,and summarizing the practice path of“three-comprehensive education”in higher vocational colleges,it provides reference for colleges to better realize the whole staff,the whole process and all-round education.
