Governance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a new area of research in this discipline,and its significance is directly associated with the necessity of theoretical development and practical innovation in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to do scientific and elaborate research on the governance of college ideological and political education,we must first of all understand its features in the new era,namely,its constructiveness,dynamic nature and continuity.To further the research,we must also see the importance of combining theory with practice,of interdisciplinary perspectives and of scientific evaluation.
