高校资助育人核心是“人”,方法为“资”,根本在“育”,是解决思想问题和实际问题相结合、实现尊重个体与面向社会相统一、着眼当前困难和长远发展相统筹的一种育人方式。当前,高校资助育人面临育人体系发展不平衡、育人队伍建设不完善和体制机制保障不充分的现实问题,迫切需要打造区域性、全国性资助育人共同体,不断推动育人队伍专业化发展,完善育人长效机制建设,并聚焦精准资助育人,提升高校资助育人实效。

At the core of college financial aid is the concern for“people”and the essential purpose of granting needy students financial aid is to educate.College financial aid work tackles both ideological and practical issues,shows respect for both individual need and social reality and pay attention to present challenges and long-term development.Problems with financial aid work in colleges and universities include unbalanced development of the education system,imperfect team construction and inadequate mechanism guarantee.To solve the problems and enhance the educational function of financial aid,efforts must be made to build regional and national community of financial aid,construct a more professional team of educators,establish a long-term mechanism and achieve precision in student financial aid services.
