摘要
大学生择业观表征为岗位认知与自身特质相匹配。专业能力是职业素质的核心,国有企业重新成为择业首选,乐观预期未来薪酬的上涨,但对职业晋升抱以负面期望;优势家庭大学生的职业认知更加清晰,而劣势家庭大学生对职业晋升有着更高认同。高校应构建以“专业能力+思想道德”双元驱动的大学生职业生涯规划教育。
In choosing employment,college graduates typically favor jobs that match their characteristics.It is understood that professional competence is at the core of occupational quality,but not enough attention is paid to professional ethics.State-owned enterprises once again become the first choice of college graduates,most of whom are optimistic about future salary increase but pessimistic about future career promotion.College students from advantaged families usually have clearer ideas of employment,those from disadvantaged families have stronger longing for career advancement,and those growing up in neglectful families have but a hazy cognition of employment.Colleges and universities should offer a career planning education emphasizing both professional competence and moral integrity.
