摘要
目的研究芪参还五胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取时间、加水量和提取次数为考察因素,以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芍药苷和干膏率为主要评价指标,应用正交实验对芪参还五胶囊的提取工艺进行优化。结果对毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芍药苷的液相方法进行验证,该方法的线性、精密度、稳定性、重复性以及加样回收率均符合要求,能应用于检测毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和芍药苷。最终选择加入药材10倍的水,每次提取2 h,共提取3次作为最佳提取工艺,且此提取工艺重复性良好。结论对芪参还五胶囊提取工艺优化切实可行,其为后期芪参还五胶囊的工业化生产提供基础资料。
Objective To study the best extraction technology of Qishen Huanwu Capsules.Methods The extraction time,the amount of water added and the extraction times were taken as the investigating factors,and calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside,paeoniflorin and dry ointment rate were the main evaluation indicators.The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process of Qishen Huanwu Capsules.Results The liquid chromatography(LC)method for determination of calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside and paeoniflorin was verified.The linearity,precision,stability,repeatability and sample recovery of the LC method met the requirements.It can be applied to the detection of calycosin-7-O-beta-D-glucoside and paeoniflorin.Finally,the best extraction process was as follows:the medicinal materials were extracted with 10 times of water for three times and each time for 2 hours,and this extraction process had good repeatability.Conclusion It is feasible to optimize the extraction process of Qishen Huanwu Capsules,which improves the basic data for the following-up industrial production of Qishen Huanwu Capsules.
