摘要 目的建立儿童类化妆品微生物限度检查法,并对其进行适用性试验。方法选择市场上常见的儿童用化妆品,采用常规法、加中和剂方法、培养基稀释法、薄膜过滤法,参考《中国药典》2020年版四部微生物限度检查法进行方法适用性试验。结果桃叶精华泡沫洗发沐浴露、天然燕麦婴儿舒缓柔嫩燕麦润肤乳、桃叶精华爽身露、婴儿抚触拍拍油、婴儿防晒乳液、儿童户外防晒乳液需氧菌总数检测量分别为300 ml/膜,0.2 ml/皿,1 ml/皿,1 ml/皿,0.2 ml/皿和1 ml/皿;霉菌和酵母菌检测量分别为0.2 ml/皿,1 ml/皿,1 ml/皿,0.5 ml/皿,1 ml/皿和1 ml/皿,除桃叶精华泡沫洗发沐浴露检测金黄色葡萄球菌采用培养基稀释法和婴儿抚触拍拍油检测铜绿假单胞菌采用培养基稀释法外,其他控制菌检测均采用常规法。结论建议在现行儿童化妆品标准的基础上优化检验方法,尤其儿童发用沐浴类化妆品,提高微生物阳性检出率。 Objective To establish a microbial limit inspection method for children’s cosmetics with an applicability test.Methods Several commonly used cosmetics for children on the market were selected for the applicability tests of conventional method,neutralizer method,medium dilution method and membrane filtration method,referring to the microbial limit test method in Part 4 of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition).Results For Peach Leaf Essence Foaming Shampoo and Shower Gel,Natural Oatmeal Baby Soothing and Tender Oat Moisturizer,Peach Leaf Essence Body Lotion,Baby Stroking Oil,Baby Sun Lotion and Mentholatum Children’s Outdoor Sunscreen Lotion,the detection amounts were 300 ml/film,0.2 ml/dish,1 ml/dish,1 ml/dish,0.2 ml/dish and 1 ml/dish,respectively,for a total number of aerobic bacteria detection method;and were 0.2 ml/dish,1 ml/dish,1 ml/dish,0.5 ml/dish,1 ml/dish and 1 ml/dish,respectively,for mold and yeast detection methods.Except for the medium dilution method used for Staphylococcus aureus detection in Peach Leaf Essence Foaming Shampoo and Shower Gel and for Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection in Baby Stroking Oil,other controlled bacteria detection was detected by the conventional method.Conclusion It is recommended to optimize the inspection methods on the basis of the current standards for children’s cosmetics,especially for children’s hair and bath cosmetics,to increase the positive detection rate of microorganisms.
