摘要
以中医“酸甘化阴”的配伍理论为依据,通过归类阴虚证,并分析其病因病机及临床有效方剂,探讨利用药食同源的天然食物,开发食疗保健方或预防方药的可行性,以改善人体阴虚津亏的亚健康状态。
Based on the theory of“Yin-producing Therapy by Sour and Sweet”,the feasibility of development of preventive-prescriptions or healthy diets-prescriptions with food of medical values is discussed by classifying Yin deficiency syndrome and analyzing their etiologies,pathogenesis and effective prescription,to improve physical sub-health of Yin-body fluid deficiency type.
