光伏水泵用永磁电机设计与性能分析

摘要 太阳能是一种新型能源,如今社会对于此种能源的需求越来越高,能够减小环境污染。其中光伏水泵技术是实现太阳能利用的一种较为有效的手段,对于此种技术的研究,有助于提高产品的安全稳定以及提升经济效益。首先基于电机原理,按照电机结构设计的流程,进行永磁无刷电机的电磁、结构设计;并且使用有限元进行电机电磁性能的计算。然后对永磁无刷电机的各零部件进行机械性能分析,使用有限元的方法对轴、端盖等部件进行受力分析及设计,对永磁无刷电机的定子结构和转子结构进行了力学的模态分析。最后搭建实验平台进行实际的验证。分析结果验证了电机的电磁性能以及各部件的机械强度,包括应力、形变及振动均满足实际使用要求。此研究对于提高光伏水泵的永磁电机的研制具有十分重要的意义。 The solar energy is a new type of energy.Nowadays,the demand for this kind of energy on society has become higher increasingly,which can reduce environmental pollution.Among them,the photovoltaic water pump technology is a more effective means to realize the u-tilization of solar energy.The research on this technology will help to improve the safety and stability of products and increase the economic benefits.In this paper,based on the principle of motor,the electromagnetic and structural design of permanent-magnet brushless motor is firstly carried out according to the structural design process of motor,and the electromagnetic performance of the motor is calculated by finite-element method.And then,the mechanical properties of various components and parts of the permanent-magnet brushless motor are analyzed,the stress analysis and design of shaft,end cover and other parts of the motor are carried out by finite-element method,and the mechanical modal analysis of stator structure and rotor structure of the motor is carried out.Finally,an experimental platform is built for practical verification.The analysis results show that the electromagnetic performance of the motor and the mechanical strength of each component,including stress,deformation and vibration,all meet the practical operational requirements.The research of this paper is of great significance to improve the development level of permanent-magnet motor for photovoltaic water pump.
