大功率双馈风力发电机轴承润滑方案设计研究

摘要 双馈风力发电机在塔运用常出现轴承润滑不良、温升高及排脂不畅等现象,给风电机组安全运用带来巨大安全隐患。鉴于此,给出了双馈风力发电机轴承润滑选型、润滑油路设计及润滑初始填充方法,以保障发电机轴承良好运用,为风电行业双馈风力发电机轴承润滑选型设计提供参考。 When doubly-fed wind generator is used in the tower,there are often some phenomenon,such as poor bearing lubrication,high temperature rise and poor grease discharge,which bring great potential safety hazards to the safe operation of wind generation set.In view of this,this paper gives the bearing lubrication selection,lubrication oil circuit design and initial lubrication filling method of the generator to ensure the good application of its bearings.It provides some references for the bearing lubrication selection and design of doubly-fed wind generator in wind power industry.
