摘要
轴系设计及支撑研究涉及转子动力学、振动力学、流体动压润滑等领域,其理论依据较为庞杂,现以某型卧式异步电机为例,研究在支撑影响(轴承作用)、电磁力作用、转子偏心等条件下,轴系的承载变化情况,通过分析研究,有助于提升电机轴系设计效率,为电机转子-轴承•支撑系统设计提供更为有效的方法与途径。
The shafting design and support research involve the rotor dynamics,vibration mechanics,hydrodynamic lubrication and other fields,which theoretical basis is relatively complex.Taking a horizontal induction motor as an example,this paper studies the load variations of the shafting under the conditions of the supporting effect(bearing role),electromagnetic force role,rotor eccentricity and so on.The analysis and research help to improve the design efficiency of motor shafting.It provides a more effective method and way for the design of rotorbearing-support system of motor.
