党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央持续深化对青年成长成才的理解与把握,形成了习近平青年观。人民立场贯穿于习近平青年观的发端、发展的全过程,始终蕴含着“为了人民”“依靠人民”“服务人民”等基本内涵,具有党性与人民性相统一、历史性与现实性相统一、建设性与批判性相统一的理论特征。践行习近平青年观人民立场的着力点,在于加强思想引领与价值引导,强化“为了人民”的使命担当;践行以人民为中心的发展思想,凝聚“依靠人民”的价值认同;充分发挥青年生力军作用,推进“服务人民”的伟大实践。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has continuously deepened its understanding and grasp of the growth of young people and formed the Xi Jinping’s views on youth.The people’s position runs through the whole process of the origin and development of the Xi Jinping’s views on youth,and always contains the basic connotations of“for the people”,“depending on the people”and“serving the people”.It has the theoretical characteristics of the unity of party spirit and affinity to the people,the unity of history and reality,and the unity of constructiveness and criticism.The focus of practicing the people’s position of Xi Jinping’s views on youth is to strengthen ideological guidance and value guidance,and strengthen the mission of“for the people”;to practice the people-centered development philosophy,and condense the value identity of“depending on the people”;to give full play to the role of youth as a new force,and promote the great practice of“serving the people”.
