摘要
在大学生网络道德教育过程中,适当地实施教育惩戒权,有利于大学生养成正确的道德观念、改善道德成长环境、培养道德实践能力。要遵循教育性原则、公正性原则和合法性原则来实施教育惩戒,让大学生及时中断错误的网络道德行为,对其错误行为及其影响产生内疚感,形成网络道德行为选择条件反射,自觉规避错误的道德认知与道德行为选择。在实践中,要加强教育惩戒立法工作,为网络道德教育惩戒提供法律保障和法制依据;要完善学校道德教育惩戒制度,为网络道德教育惩戒提供具体的制度支撑和制度依据;要强化学生的教育权利救济工作,维护学生的知情权、申辩权和申诉权,确保网络道德教育惩戒真正在保护学生和教育学生。
In the process of cyber ethics education for university students,the appropriate implementation of the right to education and discipline is conducive to the development of correct moral concepts,the improvement of the moral growth environment and the cultivation of moral practice among university students.The principles of education,fairness and legality should be followed to implement education and discipline,so that university students can interrupt and feel guilty about their wrong cyber behaviour in time,form a conditioned reflex of cyber ethics behaviour choice,and avoid wrong moral cognition and moral behaviour choice consciously.In practice,the legislative work on educational discipline should be strengthened to provide legal protection and legal basis for cyber ethics education discipline;the school moral education discipline system should be improved to provide concrete institutional support and institutional basis for online moral education discipline;the work on educational rights relief for students should be strengthened to safeguard students'right to know,to defend and to appeal to ensure that cyber ethics education discipline is in protecting and educating students effectively.
