摘要
针对粮食垂直螺旋输送机的性能进行问题分析,建立了粮食垂直螺旋输送机的三维模型。选取输送机的螺距、叶片直径与轴径作为结构参数,选取运行转速与粮食填充系数作为运行参数,选取粮食输送流量与运行能耗作为性能指标,基于离散元仿真软件EDEM与正交试验法原理对粮食输送机的输送过程进行了仿真实验。根据最小二乘法原理,通过MATLAB软件数据拟合程序建立了输送量和能量耗散指标的响应面模型,从而得到了垂直螺旋输送机结构参数与运行参数对性能指标的影响关系。该研究对粮食垂直螺旋输送机的结构参数设计具有一定指导意义。
This paper analyzes the performance of grain vertical screw conveyor and establishes the three-dimensional model of it.The screw pitch,blade diameter and shaft diameter of the conveyor are selected as structural parameters,the running speed and grain filling coefficient are selected as operating parameters,and the grain transportation flow and energy consumption are selected as performance indicators,the simulation experiment is carried out on the conveying process of the grain conveyor by using the software of EDEM and orthogonal test method.According to the principle of least square method,the response surface model of conveying capacity and energy dissipation index is constructed by MATLAB data fitting program,and the influence relationship between structural parameters and operating parameters of vertical screw conveyor on performance index is obtained.The research has certain guiding significance to the structural parameter design of grain vertical screw conveyor.
