Application of BIM Technology in Electronic Tendering and Bidding

本文对电子化招投标的现状及BIM技术在电子化招投标中的应用价值进行分析,基于BIM技术对招投标各主体及建筑行业发展带来的影响与挑战,给出了基于BIM技术的工程项目电子招投标发展建议,以达到将BIM技术与电子招投标工作紧密结合,实现BIM技术在电子招投标阶段深入应用的目的。

This paper analyzes the current situation of electronic tendering and bidding and the application value of BIM technology in electronic tendering and bidding.Based on the analysis of the influence and challenge brought by BIM technology to each subject of tendering and bidding,it gives some suggestions on applying BIM technology to electronic tendering and bidding of engineering projects,hoping to combine BIM technology closely with electronic tendering and bidding,and realize the purpose of in-depth application of BIM technology in electronic tendering and bidding.
