摘要
使用二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)和三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)并用作为主体材料,采用物理共混、化学交联方式制得耐热T4级超耐磨输送带覆盖胶,研究了EPM/EPDM共混比例,填充补强体系、防老体系、硫化体系对覆盖胶的耐磨性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用EPM(KEP-070P)/EPDM(Keltan 7441A)比例为70/30,添加补强炭黑N234/N220比例为45/15,防老剂2264和MB各添加1份,硫化剂DCP/TAIC比例为4/1时,覆盖胶有优良的耐热性能并且磨耗量≤100 mm3。
Using EPM and EPDM as main materials,the heat-resistant T4 grade super-wear-resistant conveyor belt covering rubber is prepared by physical blending and chemical crosslinking.The effects of EPM/EPDM blending ratio,filling and reinforcing system,anti-aging system and vulcanization system on the wear resistance properties and mechanical properties of the covering rubber are studied.The results show that when the ratio of EPM(KEP-070P)/EPDM(Keltan 7441A)is 70/30,the ratio of reinforcing carbon black N234/N220 is 45/15,the amount of antioxidant 2264 and antioxidant MB is 1,and the ratio of vulcanizing agent DCP/TAIC is 4/1,the covering rubber has excellent heat resistance and abrasion loss is less than or equal to 100 mm3.
