摘要 在总结我国桥梁施工安全风险评估研究成果的基础上,结合大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥施工工艺特点,建立了大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥施工安全风险评估体系。采用WBS-RBS法,对施工全过程可能出现的安全风险进行全面辨识,编制了大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥施工安全风险清单;补充了事故可能性指标,采用LEC法、指标体系法、风险矩阵法等方法,对桥梁施工期安全风险进行半定量评价。根据建立的风险评估体系,全面系统地对芜湖长江公路二桥施工期的安全风险进行辨识、分析、评价与控制,对指导全桥施工安全管理起到了较好的效果。 A construction safety risk assessing system to long-span steel box girder cable-stayed bridge is presented,which is developed based on the findings of previous construction safety risk assessment researches and taking into account the characteristics of construction techniques of the long-span steel box girder cable-stayed bridge.The WBS-RBS method is used to carry out a comprehensive identification of the likely safety risks in the entire construction process,based on which,the construction safety risk list of the long-span steel box girder cable-stayed bridge is compiled,and accident likelihood indicators are supplemented.The LEC method,indicator system method and risk matrix method are employed to perform semi-quantitative risk assessment for the bridge construction period.The risk assessing system presented has been utilized in the identification,analysis,assessment and control of safety risks in the construction process of the Second Wuhu Changjiang River Highway Bridge,which effectively guided the construction safety management of the bridge.
