In the context of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the interpretation of the new meaning and system content of social governance modernization is of great significance to promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.As a social construction activity,social governance has grown up in the changing relationship between the state and society,and the modernization of social governance is the guarantee for the positive interaction between the state and society.Therefore,in the context of the new era,it is necessary to reconstruct the social governance system through the integration and organic unity of the“four governances”of autonomy,rule of virtue,rule of law,and rule of mind,with the goal and principle of achieving benign interaction and symbiosis between the state and society.The innovative construction of the modern social governance system is of great significance for promoting the practice of social governance modernization,clarifying the goals and directions of social governance modernization,and constructing a social governance evaluation index system.
