基于卓越学术融合赛教的地方院校大学生创新创业能力提升的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Improving the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Local College Students Based on Excellent Academic Integration and Competition Teaching

创新创业教育旨在培养学生的创业意识、创新精神、创新创业能力。鉴于培养具有创新创业素质的高校创新创业人才的培养需求,以地方本科院校计算机科学技术、多媒体技术专业为例,提出了基于卓越学术融合赛教的提升创新创业能力培养模式。通过“以赛促学、以赛促创”涵育卓越学术,促进研究成果转化为育人资源和教学内容,推动和组织学生参加专业竞赛和创新创业项目,争取培养出符合市场需要的专业中高级人才。研究表明,借助该模式,激发了学生的学习热情,使得学生动手能力、实践能力、创新创业能力得到了很大的提升。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate students’entrepreneurial consciousness,innovative spirit and innovative entrepreneurial ability.In view of the training needs of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Colleges and universities with innovative and entrepreneurial quality,taking the majors of computer science and technology and multimedia technology in our college as an example,this paper puts forward a training mode of improving innovative and entrepreneurial ability based on excellent academic integration competition and education.The research shows that with the help of this model,students'learning enthusiasm is stimulated,and their hands-on ability,practical ability,innovation and entrepreneurship ability have been greatly improved.
