县支库作为央行经理国库的基层机构,是县级人民银行的重要职能部门,发挥着加强县域金融管理和服务财税、支持地方经济职能作用,但随着财政体制和税收体制改革的不断深入,县(市)支库在人员队伍、履职能力和职能定位上存在一定差距不足,本文通过研究分析地区国库履职现状,对提升基层央行国库部门履职能力提出了相应的政策建议。
