谦虚型人格特质的结构及其量表编制

The structure of modest personality trait and its scale development

在文献分析的基础上,采用开放式问卷调查和深度访谈的方法,运用内容分析构建中国人谦虚型人格特质的理论结构,借鉴国内外已有的谦虚量表的相关项目,编制了中国人谦虚型人格特质量表,在此基础上,进行项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和信效度检验。结果表明:(1)谦虚型人格特质量表由22个项目组成,包括亲和性、工具性、低调性、进取性、道德性、真诚性六个维度;(2)本研究编制的中国人谦虚型人格特质量表的信效度指标良好,可以作为测量中国人谦虚型人格特质的有效工具。

Based on literature analysis,we constructed the theoretical structure of Chinese modest personality trait by open-ended questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and content analysis.Moreover,the Chinese Modest Personality Trait Inventory was compiled by drawing on the relevant items of the existing domestic and international modesty scales.Then exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity test were further carried out.Conclusions:(1)The modest personality quality scale was composed of 22 items,including six dimensions:affinity,instrumentality,low-profile,enterprising,morality and sincerity;(2)The Chinese Modest Personality Trait Inventory had good psychometric properties,which could be used as an effective tool to measure the modest personality traits of Chinese people.
