摘要
基于生涯和生命空间理论和社会投资模型,构建初中生未来工作自我清晰度影响职业规划的有调节的中介模型。对829名初中生开展问卷调查,结果发现:初中生未来工作自我清晰度对职业规划的三个维度的正向作用显著,职业乐观在其中起中介作用;职业决策自我效能感能够稳定地调节职业乐观中介未来工作自我清晰度与职业规划的三个维度的模型的前半段中介路径,但是仅在未来工作自我清晰度影响职业规划的发展维度和保障维度的直接路径上发挥调节作用,在未来工作自我清晰度影响职业规划的声望地位维度的直接路径上无显著的调节作用。
Based on life span,life space theory and social investment model,the present study constructed a moderated mediation model to examine the effect of future work self salience on career planning.A total of 829 junior school students participated in this study.The results showed that:(1)The future work self salience had a positive direct effect on junior school students’career planning;(2)The positive association between future work self salience and junior school students’career planning was mediated by career optimism;(3)The mediating effect of career optimism was moderated by career decision-making self-efficacy.The indirect effect was stronger for those with high career decision-making self-efficacy than for those with low career decision-making self-efficacy.However,the career decision-making self-efficacy can only play a moderating role in the direct path of the development dimension and the safeguard dimension of the career planning,but had no significant moderating role in the direct path of the reputation dimension.
