摘要 芳纶具有很高的比强度,化学性质不活泼,耐腐蚀性和抗蠕变性较好。因此,这种纤维目前被广泛应用于航空航天工业、军工用品制造、汽车制造、防护用品制造等领域,在医疗行业也有很多应用,成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的材料。随着芳纶纤维材料性能的提高,其生产成本逐渐降低,应用范围越来越大。但是,由于芳纶纤维表面的活性基团数量较少,芳纶纤维材料的活性较低,芳纶纤维与其他基体材料的结合程度不高,在这方面处于闲置状态。因此,找到对芳纶纤维进行改性预处理的方法非常重要。文章主要对改性纺织结构芳纶纤维增强环氧复合材料的界面性能展开探究与讨论。 Aramid fiber has high specific strength,inactive chemical properties,good corrosion resistance and creep resistance.Therefore,this kind of fiber is widely used in aerospace industry,military supplies manufacturing,automobile manufacturing,protective supplies manufacturing and other fields.It also has many applications in the medical industry and has become an indispensable material in people’s daily life.With the improvement of the properties of aramid fiber,its production cost is gradually reduced and its application range is wider and wider.However,due to the small number of active groups on the surface of aramid fiber and the low activity of aramid fiber materials,the bonding degree between aramid fiber and other matrix materials is not high,and it is idle in this regard.Therefore,it is very important to find the method of modification and pretreatment of aramid fiber.This paper mainly explores and discusses the interfacial properties of aramid fiber reinforced epoxy composites with modified textile structure.
