Polyimide fiber is a kind of high performance fiber with excellent flame resistance.The fire fighting protective clothing which is made of Suplon®polyimide fiber satisfy the current standard.This paper objectively and comprehensively evaluates the fire fighting protective clothing made of Suplon®through the combustion dummy test.The test results well verify the advantages of polyester Suplon®polyimide fiber.
