3D虚拟缝合技术在“缝制工艺”课程改革中的应用

摘要 中国的服装企业逐渐形成了服装快速反应供应链协同管理的O2M模式,并对消费者进行大数据分析,通过正确采集3D人体测量数据并应用到服装制版中,让服装更加合体修身。为了让顾客更快地看到服装设计效果,采用3D虚拟缝合技术进行动态虚拟试穿,省去样衣制作、真人试穿等环节,大大节约了企业的生产成本,减少了工时,可以在线修正版型。3D虚拟缝合技术在高校的“缝制工艺”课程改革中发挥着重大作用,因此,文章主要研究服装数字化虚拟缝合技术在“缝制工艺”课程中的应用,以期为课程改革提供助力。 Chinese clothing enterprises have gradually formed the O2M model of rapid response supply chain collaborative management of clothing,and conducted big data analysis on consumers.By correctly collecting 3D anthropometric data and applying it to clothing edition making,clothing is more fit and slim.In order to let customers see the effect of clothing design more quickly,3D virtual seaming technology is used to conduct dynamic virtual fitting,eliminating the sample clothing production,real fitting and other links,greatly saving the production cost of the enterprise,reducing the working hours and can correcting version online.3D virtual seaming technology plays an important role in the curriculum reform of“Sewing Technology”in colleges and universities,therefore,this paper mainly studies the application of clothing digital virtual seaming technology in the curriculum of“Sewing Technology”,in order to provide power for the curriculum reform.
