以汉绣、西兰卡普为代表的湖北非遗文化的现状与发展研究

Research on the status quo and development of Hubei intangible cultural heritage represented by Han embroidery and Xilankapu

保护民族传统文化不是简单的封存,传承传统文化也不是简单的临摹复制,而是需要取精华、去糟粕,与时代接轨,以多样化的文化形式进行传承发展和创新,在真正意义上保留民族文化的精粹。2004年以后,中国政府制定了相关的保护政策对非物质文化遗产进行了大规模的保护,这些政策体现了非物质文化遗产对我国精神文明建设的重要意义,引起了大众对非物质文化遗产的重视。分别在2006年和2008年被列为湖北地区非物质文化遗产的汉绣、西兰卡普作为当地的传统特色文化,却面临消退甚至失传的局面。文章通过对目前汉绣和西兰卡普面临的困境进行分析,研究可行性发展对策,为湖北非物质文化遗产的传承出谋划策。

The protection of national traditional culture is not a simple seal,the inheritance of traditional culture is also not a simple copy,it is necessary to take the essence,remove the dross,keep pace with the times,carry out inheritance,development and innovation in a variety of cultural forms,and retain the essence of national culture in the real sense.After 2004,the Chinese government has formulated relevant protection policies to conduct large-scale protection of intangible cultural heritage.These policies reflect the significance of intangible cultural heritage to the construction of China’s spiritual civilization,and have aroused the public’s attention to intangible cultural heritage.Han embroidery and Xilankapu,which were listed as intangible cultural heritage in Hubei Province in 2006 and 2008 respectively,as the local traditional characteristic culture,have faced the situation of fading or even being lost.This paper analyzes the current difficulties faced by Han embroidery and Xilankapu,studies the feasible development countermeasures,and gives suggestions for the inheritance of Hubei intangible cultural heritage.
