The Mechanism and Path of Blockchain Technology Promoting Cooperation Between Enterprises and Colleges in Vocational Education

职业教育校企合作中存在关系专用资产难以转换、合作各方信息难以对称、合作风险难以预料等困境,区块链技术的优势有利于解决校企合作中机会主义问题、知识独享问题和利益失衡问题。分析区块链技术促进职业教育校企合作的机理,可从减少关系专用资产投资、提高交易频率、降低不确定性三个方面,有效降低校企合作中的交易成本。具体可通过搭建信息透明的校企合作平台;利用智能合约提升校企合作交易频率;依赖真实可靠的数据信息保护校企双方知识产权;利用匹配数据信息促进人才供需有效对接,从而实现校企深度合作。

It is difficult for cooperation between enterprises and colleges in vocational education to solve problems such as the conversion of relationship-specific assets,unsymmetrical information of all parties involved,and unpredictable cooperation risks.The advantages of blockchain technology are helpful to solve the problems of opportunism,exclusive knowledge sharing and imbalance of interests in cooperation between enterprises and colleges.This paper analyzed the mechanism by which blockchain technology promotes cooperation between enterprises and colleges in vocational education,and proposes effectively reducing the transaction costs in cooperation between enterprises and colleges by reducing relationship-specific asset investment,increasing transaction frequency,and reducing uncertainty.Specifically,we can build a cooperation between enterprises and colleges platform with transparent information,use smart contract to increase the transactions frequency of cooperation between enterprises and colleges,rely on authentic and reliable data information to protect the intellectual property rights of both the college and the enterprise,and use matching data information to promote the effective connection between talent supply and demand,thus achieving the deep cooperation between enterprises and colleges.
