摘要
为了获取更准确的灌区节水节能效果评估结果,融入粗糙集理论,探讨了具体的应用策略。根据评估指标体系的设立原则,从生态水利工程的社会、经济、资源、环境等角度,构建灌区节水节能效果评估指标体系。经无量纲处理与权值确定,依据解得的正、负相关指标在同层级中联系度,取得评估等级的加权平均联系度,计算最终评估结果。基于具体灌区的实际情况,利用粗糙集的知识约简方法,简化评估体系中关联性小、重要程度低且对目标灌区有干扰的指标。实例分析中,针对某区域实际情况,建立约简评估指标体系,对比加权平均联系度,得到各灌区评估结果,由不同指标实际数据反证后,实际节水等级与评估结果相同,证明该研究成果具有一定的参考价值,且扩宽了粗糙集的应用领域。
In order to obtain more accurate water-saving and energy-saving effect evaluation results in irrigation districts,the rough set theory was integrated,and specific application strategies were discussed.According to the establishment principle of the evaluation index system,from the social,economic,resource and environmental perspectives of ecological water conservancy projects,an evaluation index system for water-saving and energy-saving effects in irrigation areas was constructed.After dimensionless processing and weight determination,the weighted average connection degree of the evaluation level was obtained according to the connection degree of the positive and negative correlation indicators obtained by the solution,and the final evaluation result was calculated.Based on the actual situation of the specific irrigation area,the knowledge reduction method of rough set was used to simplify the indicators in the evaluation system that have little relevance,low importance and interfere with the target irrigation area.In the case analysis,according to the actual situation of a certain area,a reduction evaluation index system was established,and the weighted average connection degree was compared to obtain the evaluation results of each irrigation area.It had a certain reference value and broadens the application field of rough sets.
