泥浆精细化处理装置在钻井施工中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 绿色勘查已成为现在地质勘查工作的新常态,传统的地质勘查方法已不能满足现阶段绿色勘探的需求。钻井废浆主要通过泥浆池储存,完井后利用罐车将井场泥浆坑中的钻井废浆运至集中坑池固化处理,井场泥浆池使用防渗隔膜防止污染,但隔膜破损常常发生、井场泥浆洒落时有发生;完钻后的泥浆池恢复,多以掩埋为主,池内残留废浆未做进一步处理,重金属往往超标严重,这与绿色勘探背道而驰。本文分析钻井所产生的废物和论述了泥浆精细化处理技术来控制污染的来源,减少废弃物排放,降低环境污染风险,满足绿色勘查的需求,实现钻井清洁化的生产目标。 Green exploration has become the new normal of geological exploration,and traditional geological exploration methods can no longer meet the needs of green exploration at this stage.The drilling waste slurry was mainly stored in the mud pool before.After the completion of the well,the drilling waste slurry in the mud pit of the well site was transported to the centralized pit pool for solidification treatment.The mud pool of the well site uses an anti-seepage diaphragm to prevent pollution,but the diaphragm damage often occurs,Mud spills at the well site occur from time to time;the recovery of the mud pool after drilling is mostly buried,and the residual waste slurry in the pool has not been further treated,and the heavy metals often exceed the standard seriously,which is contrary to green exploration.This paper analyzes the waste generated by drilling and discusses the mud fine treatment technology to control the source of pollution,reduce waste discharge,reduce the risk of environmental pollution,meet the needs of green exploration,and achieve the goal of clean drilling production.
