摘要
带式输送机是煤矿开采中重要的辅助运输设备。对某煤矿使用的DTL120/200/3×630型带式输送机基本结构进行了简要介绍,在此基础上,对自动控制系统的整体方案框架进行了设计。利用传感器对设备的运行状态进行实时监测,基于监测结果配合使用变频器,实现电机输出转速的控制,确保胶带运行速度与煤流量互相匹配,基于该系统还可以实现设备的软启动。对系统的硬件设施和软件程序进行了详细的分析研究,保障了系统运行的稳定性与可靠性。将该系统应用到工程实践中,对其性能进行现场测试,发现整体运行良好,可以为煤矿企业创造良好的经济效益。
Belt conveyor is an important auxiliary transportation equipment in coal mining.The basic structure of DTL120/200/3×630 belt conveyor used in a coal mine is briefly introduced.On this basis,the overall scheme framework of the automatic control system is designed.The sensor is used to detect the running state of the equipment in real time.Based on the detection results,the frequency converter is used to control the output speed of the motor and ensure that the running speed of the belt and the coal flow match each other.Based on the system,the"soft start"of the equipment can also be realized.The hardware facilities and software programs of the system are analyzed and studied in detail to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.The system is applied to engineering practice and its performance is tested on the spot.It is found that the overall operation is good and can create good economic benefits for coal mining enterprises.
