基于有限元方法的500kV江阴长江第二跨越塔组塔倾斜式升降机运输吊笼结构校核 被引量:1

摘要 500 kV江阴长江第二跨越是华东电网500 kV输变电网架的重要组成部分,该跨越塔高度高(385 m),有必要设置作业人员运输施工升降机用于垂直运输特大型输电塔结构安装和架线施工作业人员,以有效提高作业工效,降低安全隐患。升降机吊笼装置承载人员至高空作业,其安全性尤为重要。吊笼固定方式类似可滑动的悬臂结构,机械稳定性不高,且吊笼伸出面积较大,受风载荷影响大。为了确保校核结果的准确性,充分考虑吊笼受力载荷,根据GB/T 26557—2011分析得到吊笼最危险载荷情况。为了加快工程校核速度,更加准确地描述吊笼实际应力、应变等特性,采用结构化方式对模型进行处理,并考虑焊接结构特性和材料内部阻尼特性等多种因素,采用有限元方法对其结构强度和稳定性进行准确计算。最终得到吊笼结构校核结果,提出了相应工程建议以指导设计和施工。 The second crossing of the 500 kV Jiangyin Yangtze River is an important part of the 500 kV transmission and transformation network of East China Power Grid.The height of the crossing tower is 385 m.It is necessary to set up an operator transportation and construction elevator for the vertical transportation of operators of super large transmission tower structure installation and stringing construction,which can effectively improve the work efficiency and reduce potential safety hazards.The lift cage device is responsible for carrying personnel to work at height,and its safety is particularly important.The fixing method of the hanging cage is similar to the sliding cantilever structure,the mechanical stability is low,and the protruding area of the hanging cage is large,which is easy to be affected by wind load.In order to ensure the accuracy of the check results,this paper fully considers the stress load of the cage,and obtains the most dangerous load of the cage according to the analysis of Chinese Standard GB/T 26557-2011.In order to speed up the engineering verification and more accurately describe the actual stress and strain characteristics of the cage,the model is processed in a structured way,and the structural strength and stability are accurately calculated by the finite element method considering various factors such as the characteristics of the welded structure and the internal damping characteristics of the material.Finally,the checking results of the cage structure are obtained,and the corresponding engineering suggestions are put forward to guide the design and construction.
