“现实的人”的思想是马克思主义人学对人的认识的基本立场和价值原则,其自我实现问题更是马克思主义人学所密切关注的问题。“现实的人”不断追寻的是对人的本质的全面获得和占有,这个追寻的动态发展过程就体现为“现实的人”的自我实现过程,是作为理论趋向的“自我实现”向作为实践结果的“实现自我”的凝聚新生。这既需要在“自我实现”的理论指向层面进行马克思主义人学建构,也需要在“实现自我”的实践结果层面开展马克思主义人学确证,使“现实的人”对“自我实现”的理论建构有充分地了解和认知,为达到“实现自我”的理想状态提供具有指导性和建设性的发展路径,从而使“现实的人”完成由“自我实现”向“实现自我”的转向。

The thought of“real people”is the basic stand and value principle of Marxist humanism,and its self-realization is the issue that Marxist humanism pays close attention to.“Real people”constantly seek for the comprehensive acquisition and possession of man’s essence,and the dynamic development process of this pursuit is reflected in the self-realization process of“real people”,which is the convergence of the“self-realization”as the theoretical trend to the“self-realization”as the practical result.It needs humanism construction in the aspect of“self-realization”pointing to the theory of Marxism and also the humanism confirmation in the practice of“self-realization”so that the“real people”fully understand the theory structure of“self-realization”.This will provide guidance and constructive development path to reach the ideal state of“self-realization”.Thus,the“real people”complete the transformation from“self-actualization”to“realizing self”.
