摘要
右心声学造影已发展近60年,其造影剂制备方式主要包括手振微气泡、化学反应微气泡和声振微气泡,使用的造影剂有最初的靛青蓝绿溶液、生理盐水以及后来的葡萄糖溶液、过氧化氢溶液、碳酸氢钠溶液等,通过不同的给药途径将造影剂注射入人体血液中,在卵圆孔未闭、先天性心脏病以及肺部血管病变的准确诊断及治疗方案的有效制定中起到重要的作用。为了选择更为合适的右心声学造影剂,探究其在临床的有效应用,本文就右心声学造影的造影剂制备及临床应用进展作一综述。
Contrast echocardiography of right heart has been developed for nearly 60 years.The preparation methods of contrast agents mainly include hand-agitated microbubbles,chemical reaction microbubbles and acoustic vibration microbubbles.The contrast agents used include nitial indigo blue-green solution,normal saline,and later glucose solution,hydrogen peroxide solution,and sodium bicarbonate solution.It plays an important role in the accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of the patent foramen ovale,congenital heart disease and pulmonary vascular diseases by injecting contrast agents into human blood through different administration routes.In order to select a more suitable acoustic contrast agent and explore its effective clinical application,this paper reviews the preparation of contrast agents and clinical application of contrast echocardiography of right heart.
