摘要
海上风电场维护工作中最主要的交通运输工具是小水线面(CAT-SWATH)双体船型的高速风电运维船,其性能优越,但造价可观。基于此类船舶的建造成本、经营成本与其高性能所带来的经济效益,从船舶全生命周期的角度分析其经济性,建立了测算全生命周期宏观利润的数学模型,对海上风电运维单位建造此类船舶起到辅助决策的作用。
In offshore wind farms,the most important transportation vehicle is the high-speed CAT-SWATH type operation and maintenance ship,which is of superior performance but considerable cost.Considering the construction cost,operation cost and the economic benefits brought by the high performance of this type of ship,its economy is analyzed from the perspective of the whole life cycle of the ship,and a mathematical model for calculating the macro profit of the whole life cycle is established.It can play an auxiliary role in decision-making for offshore wind power operation and maintenance units to build such ships.
