水电站高水头封堵门的优化设计及受力分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对手动平开的超高水头封堵门,从门体材料、结构与支座形式等方面进行了改进与优化。门体采用高强钢板的主横梁与主纵梁的双向受力的布置方式;支座采用自润滑滑动轴承与自润滑推力关节轴承联合受力的铰支座。利用有限元对封堵门进行了安全复核,计算结果满足设计要求。 From the aspects of the gate material,structure and support form,the manual horizontal opening high water head plugging gate is improved and optimized.A two-directional load bearing layout is adopted for the gate body with main cross beams and main longitudinal girders of high strength steel plate.For the gate support,a combination scheme of the self-lubricating sliding bearing and the self-lubricating thrust joint bearing is adopted.The safety of the plugging gate is checked by finite element calculation and the results meet the design requirement.
