摘要
西藏DG水电站2号机座环调整完成后验收测量座环水平最大偏差小于规范允许值;机组蜗壳安装焊接全部完成2个月后再次复测,远超出规范要求。参考国内外有关经验,经研究对2号机座环、蜗壳整体水平采用支撑件及拉锚等方法及工艺调整后,最大偏差小于规范允许值,为后续机电安装质量、机组安全运行奠定了基础。
In Xizang DG Hydropower Station,the maximum horizontal deviation of the stay ring of unit#2 in the acceptance measurement is less than the allowable value of the specification,while the re-measurement result after the installation and welding of the spiral case is far beyond the specification requirement.According to the relevant experience,the overall horizontal level of the stay ring and the spiral case is adjusted by using supports and anchors.After the adjustment,the maximum deviation is less than the allowable value in specification,which provides a solid foundation for the subsequent electro-mechanical installation quality and the safety operation of the unit.
